Hi, I'm Steve Seary
About Me
I founded Seary Architects in 2002, following several years working within some of London’s leading architectural practices. Before relocating to Hove in 2010, I lived and worked in Earlsfield, South West London, building extensive experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects throughout London and the South East.
My architectural training began at the University of Greenwich, followed by a Masters in Architecture at Kingston University. I then completed all RIBA professional qualifications to become a fully Chartered Architect.
Early in my career, I worked at Conran & Partners and later Squire & Partners, learning the profession from some of the industry’s most respected architects and designers before establishing my own practice.
With over 30 years’ experience in architecture, I have worked with many local authorities across both London and Sussex, guiding projects of all sizes through planning and construction. This breadth of experience allows Seary Architects to offer clear, practical advice alongside thoughtful design solutions tailored to each client and site.
Since founding Seary Architects, I have delivered hundreds of projects across London, Brighton & Hove and the wider South East, from home extensions and renovations to hospitality and commercial spaces, always with a focus on creating well-considered, practical architecture that works beautifully for the people who use it.
"Steve at Seary Architects designed a large modern open-plan space for our home that has completely transformed how our family lives. He was professional, easy to work with and really understood what was wanted. I’m delighted with the result and would highly recommend him."
